After making the payment, you will receive the voucher by email. Reservations are made directly with the Epic Land travel agency by calling +351 914 889 928 or +351 913 562 661 (calls to the national mobile network) or by emailing epiclandaventura@gmail.com.

All vouchers are numbered and can only be used once;

The number of vouchers for sale is limited to existing stock;

Vouchers are not convertible into cash and are intended to be used in a single transaction;

They cannot be split into multiple transactions;

Vouchers are non-refundable, unless legally required;

The voucher only guarantees the services corresponding to and described on the campaign page pampilhosadaserra.pt/nao-ha-guerra-onde-ha-estrelas;

If the total value of the product(s)/service(s) exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the holder using any other available means of payment;

Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability at the travel agency and other partners, and must always be within the same season;

In the case of astro-tourism activities, cancellation may occur due to adverse weather conditions;

Unjustified cancellations or failure to show up without prior notice do not entitle you to a refund;

The vouchers are valid for use from March 17 to May 31, 2025; 

Expired vouchers are not accepted as payment and cannot be exchanged or refunded for their corresponding value; 

Vouchers offering a 40% discount can be purchased online from March 12 to 31, 2025, or at the CIM – Coimbra Region stand at BTL – Lisbon Travel Market, from March 14 to 16, 2025 (Pavilion 2 of FIL).
