Municipal Regulation on Support for Entrepreneurship
The Municipality of Pampilhosa da Serra provides non-repayable grants for new investments in the municipality, up to a maximum amount of €10,000. The grant can cover up to 80% of the investment, and for young people aged 18 to 35, the amount awarded is increased by 50%. There are also other possible increases to consider, such as the allocation of €250 per month to support self-employment, among others.

PIREC – Regulations on Incentives for the Restoration of Municipal Buildings
Non-repayable financial support for the restoration or replacement of facades, window frames, and roofing, as well as for demolition and removal work. Amount granted: 50% up to €5,000 for work on permanent housing; 50% up to €2,500 for work on non-permanent housing; 50% up to €2,000 for demolition and removal work.
